1. Before turning on the machine, please check if the socket voltage is the same as the machine's rated voltage (220/50Hz)2. Open the box and remove the machine head, placing it correctly on the bin. Then plug the shredder into a wall outlet or socket with the correct voltage3. Slide the switch to the "Power Off" position to turn off the machine. Slide the switch to the "REV" position to reverse any jammed papers. When you slide the switch to "Ready" the power indicator will light up, allowing you to feed paper or cards straight into the entry. Release the paper/card, and the machine will shred it.4. To extend the life of the machine, please do not insert more paper than the rated shredding capacity.5. If the machine becomes overloaded with paper, it will automatically stop. Slide the switch to the "REV" position to reverse the jammed paper, then reduce the amount of paper in the bin. After that, slide the switch back to "Ready" position and feed the reduced amount of paper into the entry to resume operation.6. After continuous use for 5 minutes, the motor may overheat, causing the overheat indicator to light up and the machine to stop. Allow the machine to rest for 30 minutes to recover and return to "Ready" status.7. Do not shred cloth, plastic, metal, ties, hair, or similar materials.8. Please unplug the power before cleaning the machine's housing. Use a cloth with suds or other detergents for cleaning, and avoid allowing any liquid to enter the internal parts of the machine. Do not use bleach, gasoline, or organic solvents to clean the housing.9. When the bin is nearly full, please empty it promptly to prevent paper jams.10. Since the machine has a powerful motor, it takes a little time before it can stop moving in one direction. Therefore, do not switch between forward and reverse modes quickly. Allow the machines to stop completely before changing modes.
